We all do want the best looking arms , nice round bicep muscle showing up in what ever you wear. so here we are , one of the best exercises to do along with your regular arms work.
Concentration
curls:
Sitting on a bench straight with feet firmly on ground
and apart. Bend down to reach your inside of the thigh with your elbow placed
there. Doing so keep your posture straight, your back shouldn’t hunch. You can
add arch in your lower back and shoulders pulled up for accurate approach. Now holding
the dumbbell in your hand slowly let the arm till your elbow go straight down
and bring back the arm in curl position to finish a repetition. Breath out when
you do a curl up and squeeze the bicep for more approach to the muscle and
inhale while letting it down. Both arms being worked in a similar way.

why do this exercise?
According to the american council on exercise study seated concentration curls through dumbbells, yields 97% bicep activity. since the upper arm is directly stabilised against the back of the thigh, it isolates the bicep muscle.
