GUAVA & SPINACH SMOOTHIE
This power pack comes in with a list of top nutrients and will surely give you the kind of energy you need to start your day or if you feel like skipping lunch or just a filler. Lets get started!!
WHAT YOU NEED??
- 1 GUAVA
- 1 CUP SPINACH
- 1 CUP FAT FREE OR SKIMMED MILK
- 1 TABLE SPOON SUGAR
- 1 TABLE SPOON COCONUT OIL
PREPARATION:
- Take the chopped guavas and spinach and blend together. Make sure to blend until it becomes very smooth. The only thing to watch out for are the guava seeds. You might have to blend in some extra effort to make it very fine in the blender.
- Add milk and salt and coconut oil and further blend it. This will give a very fine feeling to the taste and easy to swallow.
- Its ready, just in case you like it with ice add 1 cup of ice and blend it again to get that icy feeling. If you don't like it that way, keep it in the freezer to chill and consume.
