VANILLA CHOCOLATE FLAVOR
WHAT YOU NEED:
INGREDIENTS:

250g Butter, room temperature

250g Caster Sugar
·
250g Gluten-Free Self-Rasing Flour
·
4 Eggs
·
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
·
3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Icing ingredients :

200g icing sugar
·
200g Butter, room temperature
HOW TO BECOME A BAKER:
·
Preheat the oven. Bring the temperatures to
190C/375F. Line the cupcake tin with cupcake cases.

Transfer butter and sugar into a bowl, whisk
until it’s light yellow and fluffy.
·
Add one egg at a time, add a little flour
after each egg. Next add vanilla and the cocoa powder, then mix them well.
·
Pour the mixture into cupcake cases, bake for
20 minutes until golden and puffy.
· After cooling, make the icing. place the
butter and the icing sugar into a bowl, mix together with a wooden spoon until it gets soft and thin.
·
Decorate the cupcakes with icing of your
design.
