FOREHEAD LINES = NO NO

We all like to look young and fresh. We don't like wrinkles. To get rid of wrinkles, people start to jump in the never ending circle of botox, face lifts, surgeries and what not. We have the power to control ourselves and change ourselves for good. Just applying few exercises daily we can not only reduce the sign of ageing but also look good, young and fresh. By exercising all the layers of facial skin correctly, it increases the blood circulation, allowing more oxygen and more nourishment to reach the cells of the skin, aiding in fighting ageing and skin deterioration. The result is a clear, healthy complexion with a beautiful glow which has less toxins and has a better ability to absorb moisture. The techniques are also designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the middle layer of the skin giving you a smoother, more supple, tighter-looking skin.

EXERCISES:


  • SWEEP THE LINES:
  • keeping fingers of both the hands on your forehead, touching the tips of fingers. Start with massaging the forehead for 5 seconds. Then, pull the fingers to the opposite side as if sweeping away your forehead lines. A bit of pressure will help in this exercise. Make sure to wash your hands first and clean your face so there is no dust or sweat on your forehead. It will make your skin happy, relaxed and glowing. 10 repetition minimum.

  • RAISE THE BROW"
  • Gently grip your Eye brows with your thumb and index finger. While holding on to your brow loosely, raise your eyebrows. Use your fingers to push down your eyebrow and resist the upward pulling of your skin. This exercise will help reducing the lines and strengthen the muscles in your upper facial area. Do it 10 times at least.

  • PULL THE FACE DOWN:
  • This exercise is simple. While doing it, all you have to imagine is you are pulling everything from your face downwards. Your forehead skin will be pulled along with your jaw being pulled down. To make it simple just start with pulling your jaw down, then attach the skin on your upper teeth, near your nostrils and attach your forehead skin with the pull. You might have to close your eyes to feel the stretch, try to do it in front of the mirror to feel a full stretch on your face. This exercise will stretch all your facial skin and keep it firm. Try to do it 10 times.

  • FUNNY FACES:
  • This is a basic exercise for all the facial area. It will help the circulation and stretch extensively. You have to stand in front of the mirror and try to make all kinds of funny faces, where you do feel your facial skin is resisted, stretched to maximum. Spend minimum 2 minutes on this exercise.


Besides these exercises you will have to make sure you:
  • Keep your face clean to keep the dust and germs at bay. Wash it off regularly with fresh water.
  • Keep smiling and staying happy is the most easiest pack that your can apply for your body.
  • Wear a head gear. Try avoiding too much in the sun
  • Apply sun screen to avoid damage to your skin.
  • Drink tons of water to keep your skin hydrated and glowing and fresh
  • Adopt a nutritious diet and supply the cells with all the right armoury to stay strong.
