BLOODY BEETROOT SMOOTHIE MARRY



OK people, lets get our tongues ready for this mouth watering healthy as hell smoothie. I have given it a name that goes after a popular cocktail, but what they heck, lets make it healthy and drop the glass empty with a smile.
I am sure everyone is a SWAT here at least in kitchen , so get your best weapons for this job.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 BEETROOT (PEELED)
  • 1 APPLE (PEELED)
  • 1 ORANGE (PEELED)
  • FEW MULBERRIES (MY FAVOURITE, BUT IF YOU CANT FIND THEM THROW IN YOUR FAVOURITE BERRIES)
  • FOR A HEALTHY KICK PUT HALF A SPOON OF HONEY
  • ICE 
  • PUT WATER ACCORDING TO SERVINGS ( MINIMUM 1/4TH OF A CUP)
PREPARATION:
  • THESE THINGS GO ONE BY ONE FROM YOUR WEAPON OF CHOICE (JUICER,CRUSHER etc)
  • PUT WATER , ICE AND THEN USE A BLENDER, BLENDER JAR OR AGAIN WEAPON OF YOUR CHOICE, 
THEN??
