KICK DOUBLE CHIN - GOODBYE




Hello beautiful people out there, 

Today's article is getting you ready for 2 things: one, to get rid of the double chin that's been hounding your beauty or two, to make you ready at this stage so your never get a double chin. The answer is same for both i.e goodbye double chin

Nothing fancy, all you need is your valuable time devoted to some 5 exercises that can be done once or twice, in a day. All you need to be do, is sit in a relaxed position with a  good posture.


Exercises:


  • Look toward the ceiling with your chin up. Push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, doing so your muscles underneath the chin will workout and get toned. Then touch your chin against your chest and push the tongue again to the roof of your mouth, the muscles get worked again. Try to do this exercise about 10 times each side


  •      Jaw push – push your jaw forward and lift your head up towards ceiling and hold the position. Do this exercise for about 2 mins minimum and beat your own time as you get strong. This tremendously tones your muscle under the chin and reduces double chin.


  •   .    Stick your tongue out - in a relaxed position, sticking your tongue out downward will stretch all the muscles under your jaw and tone your double chin. keep increasing the repetitions till you see results.


  •   .    Plant a kiss to the ceiling –  lift your head up, plant a lovely kiss stretching your lips out as much as possible. Squeeze your lips as tight as possible to do it. Plant unlimited kisses.


  •   .    Full neck rotations : will work entirely on your neck muscles and tone your double chin,clockwise and anti clockwise.
