The eyes like any other human body part has to be properly taken care of. when not taken care of they get irritated and problems arise. The most painful problem comes when your vision starts to become weak or poor and you have to take the support of glasses or contact lens to help your vision. It is very important to eat right foods and keep a good hygiene of eyes and exercise them just like other body parts to keep them healthy.
We shall discuss some basic and important ways to strengthen your eyes and feel good about them.
Before we exercise our eyes it s very important to warm up your eyes to avoid sudden stress and for that you just have to rub your palms and generate your own heat or energy and use it by applying it on your eyes. this will relax them and help with more smooth movements. apply your own heat from your palms about 5 times.
After this you can start exercising your eyes in the following manner:
Exercise 1:
Sitting comfortably and starting your eyes to make a rectangle, clockwise and anticlockwise, would strengthen the muscles and give them less stress. will help in making the muscles more stronger and maintaining good eyes.
Exercise 2:
Following the same procedure, move your eyes clockwise and anticlockwise in large circle where your range of motion is tested. The speed of movement will be a little faster than making a rectangle. Similar benefits out of this exercise can be gained.
Exercise 3:
Another great exercise for gaining strength and movement of the eyes with better coordination. Sitting and trying to make figure 8 straight and sideways. Here it would feel eyes being exercised and this improves your coordination and strengthening of eyes muscles.
Important note:
These are very basic exercises to improve and tone your eye muscles. these exercises can be done with 10 repetitions to begin with and you can progress as much as you are comfortable with. go slow and steady to avoid any stress. these exercises are best done in the morning.
