ALL VEGETABLE OMELETTE




Healthy recipe for egg lovers/protein lovers/weight watchers and health lovers.

Easy to cook with easy accessible ingredients any time of day.

All you need to have are:

1 .4 eggs
2. 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
3. Half green onion sliced fine
4. Green pepper diced (depending how much you like , minimum 1/4 of a cup)
5. Ginger, one small piece 
6. 1/2  tomatoes, 
7. Cheddar cheese (accordingly)

Directions:

1.Just heat up your pan with butter oil spreading all over the pan, becomes smooth to handle.

2. Beat your eggs and mix them up with your chopped veggies

3. Add the ingredients to the heated pan, you can easily find out when one side is ready and ready to be flipped over, the art is to flip over in the pan without cracking the mass. When the other side is also ready just add cheese on the half of the omelette and fold it over.all you need to wait is for the cheese to melt and that's it!!!

Ready omelette can be served with toast. You can add a dash of black pepper, salt according to your taste. You can put coriander leaves on top of your prized omelette.
