Alright, so this day we talk about Neem drink (azadirachta indica). Now we all know the health benefits of Neem for our body internally and externally.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Nothing, all you need to do is find a Neem tree. Its a very common tree. Climb the tree and you will lose weight. LOL not really.
You need to find the Neem flowers this time. Just gather a few and crush them in your mortar pestle.
This has to be put in your hot water mug and let the leaves settle in and leave the juice in it. Till the water becomes warm and drinkable Neem would have done its job. This has to be consumed empty stomach every morning for best results.
TASTE??
Well to be honest the taste would taste what Neem taste likes, a bit bitter or not. Depending on your preference. If you want a bit tasty thing then i would say you mix it with lemon and honey. They will work fine and add more goodness to it. Half a teaspoon honey and half a teaspoon lemon juice.
