KIWI SPINACH BANANA POWERHOUSE SMOOTHIE





Hello,
Hope all are blooming. Today is fruits special. We taste something like never tasted before. Powerhouse of nutrients, you are challenged to be satisfied.
Not much of a hazzle to prepare, you would just need :

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 kiwi, peeled and halved
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup  yogurt or choice of your flavor
  • you could also add 1/2 cup of apple juice for flavor
  • ice


PREPARATION:

  •  Place all ingredients into the blender
  •  Blend until smoothness arrives


       NUTRIENT METER:

       kiwi  :rich in vitamin c,k,e, good source of dietary fibre,copper,potassium,folate

       Spinach : vitamin k,e, a, b2 b6,c,iron,copper,folat,manganese, potassium, phosphorous,zinc, protein.

i     If you  looking for a protien punch then add greek yougurt instead of regular yogurt.
