Today is a good day, good day for a power packed nutritious smoothie. Easy to get all the ingredients, then blended and ready with in 5 minutes, can be shared by 2-3 hungry people.
WHAT ALL YOU NEED?
2 cups of milk 1 avocado 7-8 dates 1/4 cup of raw almonds
1/4 cup of raisins 2 tablespoons of sugar
HOW TO MAKE?
- The pits ought to be removed from the dates.
- Soak the dates and raisins in hot water for 5-10 minutes until they get soft. If the dates are moist, there is no need to soak them in water.
- Drain the dates and raisins from the water and let them cool down.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Serve it chilled.
