Manmeet sir is an excellent kickboxing coach, i like his coaching very much as his coaching involves nice conditioning and lots of high level of physical training required very much in MMA. I hope to train with you again sir.

Nearing the age of 80 yrs I thought it was now time to under take further physical exercise under a well qualified physical trainer,,my search lead me to Manmeet, a well educated person who had under gone courses in New Zealand besides India and appeared fully qualified to conduct classes both in PT & Sports activity.
I have now been training under his guidance for a year or so. I find him a very good trainer who not only understands the requirements of your body but also it's capacity and accordingly makes you carry out the activity so that the system accepts the same with out any strain but activates all the muscles and limbs in the body. Since then I have moved to Singapore where his lessons still serve me although honestly nothing can replace him there with me. A great coach and friend, he'll definitely usher any of his students to achieve their goals after having trained them. Hopefully I do get to train with him in the future and always wish him the best!
